It's a pretty big red flag for me when I see team members doing that. I normally talk to them about it and communicate to them why it's not okay. People feel disrespected and feel like their time isn't as valuable when that happens, and most of the time the person doing the wrongdoing, doesn't realize that they're making others feel that way. So basically, I just communicate it, and tell them to cut it out lol
