I believe that startup culture is so important. By creating a safe space for people to feel like themselves, you'll make a diverse group who are excited to contribute together. Without company culture, it can feel very lonesome.

Even remotely, I've found getting the team together for virtual luncheons or happy hour chats is a great way to disconnect from the hustle and allow growing in other ways.
