Although I will never be grateful for a pandemic that ended up being the catalyst of many people's deaths, there have been quite a few eye-opening revelations resulting from the past year — the scalability of remote work being one of them. We are watching the status quo of jobs change right in front of us, and I believe the realization that remote work is feasible will alter the workspace for the better.
